A. Please email us at info@agency.childrenslg.com or book a 30-minute discovery call. We will shortlist the finalists for the interview after the initial screening. We are looking for a limited number of childcare providers to work with us.

Q3. What are the responsibilities of a childcare provider?2023-07-25T12:19:33+00:00

A. A CLG Provider assumes the pivotal role of being the childcare giver, entrusted with maintaining a high-quality childcare program. The main objective of a childcare provider is to create a safe, trustworthy, and enjoyable environment for children to learn and grow.
These responsibilities encompass, but are not limited to:

  • Plan, organize, and execute engaging daily educational and recreational activities, adhering to the childcare program guidelines and standards by CLG.
  • Providing hygienic and nutritious lunches and snacks for the children.
  • Ensuring a safe, hygienic, and well-organized space as per the system standards.
  • Effectively responding to accidents or emergencies by following the established CLG procedures, while maintaining a calm and controlled environment for the other children under their care.
  • Adhering to and following the CLG guidelines, Policies & Procedures, Confidentiality Guidelines, and Health and Safety Standards.
Q4. Do I Need to have Childcare experience?2023-07-25T12:19:00+00:00

A. Prior experience working with infants and children, or having a child, is preferred, but it is not mandatory.
CLG seeks mothers with the following skills and abilities:

  • A passion for working with children and imparting Islamic values, and recognizing that childcare involves more than just babysitting.
  • Appreciation the opportunity to work from home and be self-employed.
  • Demonstrate professionalism & courtesy in interacting with parents & children.
  • Capable of effective communication with both parents and agency staff.
  • Possess a valid Standard First Aid / CPR-C certification from an accredited organization or are willing to obtain one.
  • Agree to undergo a Vulnerable Sector Criminal Record check.
  • Open to providing care for 6 children in their own homes, 6 years & younger.

We guarantee you a monthly income of up to $3,300 with six children.

Q6. Are there any tax benefits to working from home?2023-07-25T12:20:30+00:00

A. Your tax consultant is the best person to answer the above questions. However, Home-based childcare providers are self-employed, which means you declare earnings and can also deduct business-related expenses such as food and supplies. You can also deduct part of the costs of running a home, such as utilities, property tax, and interest, on your mortgage. Again, we highly encourage you to speak to a relevant advisor for getting complete information.
